TERMS OF CONTRACTING AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Reservations contracted on this sales platform are subject to the following conditions.

  • Cancellation by the buyer within 7 days prior to booking will reimburse 50% to the buyer.
  • In the event that the company for any reason should cancel the activity, the client will be offered the possibility of another day or a full refund, in the event that the client accepts this new appointment, the terms and conditions are the same, in the event that the client does not accept this new appointment, it will be refunded in full through the same payment system.
  • In ALL other cases there will be no refund.
  • The buyer is aware of the requirements of each activity.
  • The change of the date of the reservation can be made free of charge 72 hours before the activity, previously informing the company.
  • For maritime safety reasons, the company may change the excursion trajectory without prior notice.

If a client for any reason wishes to terminate the activity for any reason, we will terminate the activity without refund.
